We know that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances arise which can make you either late or unable to attend a session. If this is to happen, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
However, we also hope you understand that unfortunately last minute cancellations, rescheduling of sessions and no-show’s can have a massive impact not only on our workshop but also our freelance tutors.
Our workshops are non – transferable and refunds cannot be given for last minute cancellations. Bookings are confirmed with full payment.
WHAT IF UMBILINI CANCELS OR RESCHEDULES?
If Umbilini cancels or reschedules a full workshop/class that you’re booked into we will let you know as soon as possible (3 days in advance) and either book you into another class or refund you in full.
If we have to reschedule a session , we’ll try our best to accommodate you and book you in for another session at a time that works for you. This can mean joining another session of the same class/workshop, or a different one depending on what dates and times are available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small business we have a clear non-refundable policy to ensure that our costs are covered and the ongoing viability of our workshops are protected.
We will make every effort to ensure that your creative experience goes ahead on the confirmed date and time. However, should unforeseen conditions arise, we require 2 days advance notice to offer an alternative date or time.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you’d like to reschedule your session, you must do so no later than 4 days before the session date. You can reschedule your session once before it will be canceled by us with no refund.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive under 30 minutes late to your session, your session will end at the original agreed time and will not be extended to compensate for lost time.
If you’re over 30 minutes late to your session we will not issue you a refund or reschedule your session. If you’d still like to book a session, you’ll need to rebook and pay for another session.
NO SHOW
If you don’t show up to your session or class within 30 minutes we will not issue you a refund or reschedule your session.
PARTIES & PRIVATE EVENTS
A full payment is required to secure a booking. A reduction in numbers must be made two weeks before the date of the event. The price per person is based on a minimum number of attendees. If there are less than attendees the total amount will still be based on minimum attendees.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable against any products other than workshops. We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used and we are happy for them to be transferred to a friend. Expired gift vouchers cannot be redeemed.
