
Mindful Art

Mindful art workshops combine mindfulness practices (Pranayama & Meditation) with creative expression to promote self-awareness and emotional well-being through activities like drawing, painting, and writing.
Mindfulness and creative expression, offer a pathway to self-discovery and healing. Mindful Art often induces a Flow State and you are encouraged to notice your breath, thoughts, sensations and emotions while making art.
Every activity is designed to help you enjoy a mindful state of mind achieved by focusing our awareness on our breathing and the present moment.
What to expect:
•Pranayama breathing exercises
•Guided meditation
•Drawing, Painting and/or writing activity
•Self reflection session
Cost is £30- spaces are limited.
What is included:
All materials provided. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on.

No prior skill in drawing or mindfulness- just a willingness to show up and create.
The classes have a minimum of 5 attendees. If there are not enough people signed up, the course will not go ahead and you will be fully refunded.
